These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the YesterYears Motel website and your reservations and stays with us. By using our website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book a stay.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation, and you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking. You are responsible for all activity under your reservation and, if you create one, your guest portal account. A reservation is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us.

Room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which are shown before you complete a booking. Online bookings are charged in full at the time of booking unless we state otherwise. By providing a payment card, you authorize us to charge the amounts associated with your reservation and stay.

With your consent, we may keep a card on file to charge for your stay, incidentals, or damages. We may also place a refundable security-deposit authorization hold on your card before or during your stay. An authorization hold is not a charge; it temporarily reserves funds, and any unused portion is released according to your bank’s processing times.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled check-in date and you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the reservation.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before check-in, or fail to arrive (no-show), and you will be charged for the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes; the remainder, if any, is refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for a refund to appear.

Check-in and check-out times are as posted or as communicated to you. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and are not guaranteed. We may require a valid government-issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check-in.

You agree to use our property responsibly, to comply with all posted rules and applicable laws, and not to disturb other guests. We may refuse service, cancel a reservation, or require a guest to leave without refund for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or in violation of our rules.

Your stay is also subject to our House Rules, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the room, its furnishings, or our property caused during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear. You authorize us to charge your card on file for the cost of repair or replacement, cleaning beyond the ordinary, missing items, or other incidental charges arising from your stay.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YesterYears Motel and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, arising out of your use of our website, your reservation, or your stay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a reservation or stay will not exceed the amount you paid for that reservation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is owned by YesterYears Motel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, our website, your reservation, or your stay are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collingsworth County, Texas (or the court with jurisdiction over our location), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
